Partnering for Success

We develop strategic partnerships with select vendors, who are able to prove they have the products, skills, and drive to assist us in exceeding customer expectations.

Vendors may be invited by American Tower to qualify as a partner based on customer and project requirements. All prospective vendor partners must complete a rigorous acceptance process and meet stringent safety standards before engaging in customer projects.

• Contractor approval status: To confirm your status with American Tower and submit any necessary approval documentation, contact vendor.compliance@americantower.com.
• Physical access to a site: Contact our Network Operations Center (NOC) at 877-518-6937 or use our mobile site access application. If you need access to a rooftop site, you need to follow our Rooftop Access Procedure.
• Status of payments: To follow up on outstanding payments, contact payables@americantower.com or 877-778-2983. To apply for direct deposit, please download, complete, and submit our Direct Deposit Enrollment Form.
• Training resources: For training materials and information on iSupplier, our online portal specifically designed for vendors, visit our training and resources page.
